Artist Residency

In addition to commercial use, TREEHOUSE BAVARIA hosts a limited number of Artist Residencies for visual artists, performers, writers, and interdisciplinary creatives seeking time and space for focused work.
Residencies are designed for individuals who value concentration, physical presence, and a close relationship between creative practice and environment. Selected residents live and work on site, with access to the apartments, studio, and garden depending on the project and duration.
Residency focus:

• Artistic research and production
• Process-driven work without public pressure
• Exchange with place, landscape, and architecture

Application process: Artists may apply by submitting:

• A short project description or statement of intent
• A brief portfolio or documentation of previous work
• Preferred duration and time frame

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Residencies are curated and limited in number to preserve the focus and integrity of the place.
