Studio Apartment

A compact, refined apartment for up to two guests.
Primarily conceived for commercial productions, it serves as an on-site base for creative directors, photographers, or small production teams. It can also function as an additional interior location for shoots.

Garden Apartment

Located within the Treehouse Garden / Park, this apartment opens directly onto the landscape. It comprises one to three guest rooms and accommodates up to eight guests.
The Garden Apartment is ideal for:
•Longer creative stays
•Private gatherings
•Artist residencies
•Guests attending events or productions on site

THE GARDEN / PARK

The Treehouse Garden extends across 3.5 hectares and is an integral part of the experience. Designed as a living landscape, it combines cultivated nature with artistic intervention and expands the spatial and visual possibilities beyond the studio.
The grounds include:
•Eight natural ponds and biotopes
•Open fields and quiet pathways
•Fruit tree gardens
•Fire places
•A 100-meter stone sculpture integrated into the landscape
•Horses, cats, and chickens as part of everyday life

The garden is available as a setting for photo and film shoots, outdoor events, dinners, and curated gatherings. Its atmosphere is calm, immersive, and deeply connected to the surrounding countryside, enabling seamless indoor and outdoor concepts within one location.
